Myth: There's something wrong with you if you need therapy of any kind.
Mental therapy (psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, coaching, etc.) used to have a negative connotation. It meant there was something wrong with you. This is a myth from the past and no longer exists in today's world and society. This myth is even more false when it comes to the type of therapy that I offer (hypnotherapy and coaching).
What's the problem?
If and when you want to change and are ready to change, then you will find the right person to help you change and heal yourself.
When the student is ready, the teacher appears!
A good therapist will listen to your story time and time again, take your money, and you may or may not get the results you want.
A great therapist will know which questions to ask to get the root cause of the problem, then will give you homework so they don't have to charge you for the time, they will take your money only if you are completely satisfied, and they will tell you they want what's best for you, no matter what that means or looks like to you. You are the one in control of your destiny and what you make of your life is based off of choices. So choose wisely.
This isn't school, but there is homework
If you don't know by now that you need help, then when will you know? Asking and allowing someone to help you is indeed something we should all practice daily. It's more helpful when you find someone who knows enough about change and is consistently changing themselves. This ultimately benefits themselves and the whole world. If you can't see the benefit in this situation, then you may be out of your mind and you may want to get help soon so you can see clearly how the world really works and how you fit into this equation.

Does that little voice inside your head ever shut up? The negative emotions and limiting beliefs stopping you from becoming your full potential are preventing you from success, happiness, and experiencing total liberty in life.
Look around you, are you completely happy with the way things are in your life at this moment? Are there things you would change if you could? If so, then you should know that any pattern or habit can be changed now. All you need to do is look for the thing or things that caused it to happen in the first place.
Any pattern or habit, good or bad, can be changed mentally and physically.
Any use of hypnotherapy utilizes a state of "trance." A trance is a mental state similar to day dreaming. You are fully conscious and aware of what is going on around you by using all your senses to see, hear, and feel during the therapy sessions. There are no surprises and you will not squawk like a chicken or bark like a dog while working with me. (Unless you really want to pay for it, but it's not necessary though.)
